Fredericton Duncan Hadley Triathlon

The Duncan Hadley Tri is a qualifier for the Olympic slots. This event takes place at the Killarney Lake Lodge in Fredericton, NB. The event is well established as it been hosted in the Fredericton area for approximately 20 years. Typically, 225 athletes participate in all the events, which makes it one of the largest Triathlon / Duathlon events in Atlantic Canada.



The swim start is on Killarney Lake Beach, which is adjacent to the lodge. The water temperature on race day typically ranges between 20 to 24 degrees Celsius. The 10 Km bike course loop has two nice climbs and is closed to traffic. The 2.5 Km run course is a very scenic loop around Killarney Lake. This is a very spectator friendly event so bring some friends and family members to cheer you on.
